Employee Engagement Surveys

For almost 10 years, McArthur have been providing organisations with Employee Engagement Surveys through our Life App System and Talent Retention Index (TRI).

The Life App system provides organisations pulse surveys to track their employee engagement that are highly customisable and simple to use. Our surveys are entirely anonymous, and data is de-identified through the system to protect employees and ensure honest, frank feedback.

The Life App system uses an emoticon rating scale to provide simple, easy-to-understand surveys for employees that provides valuable data for organisations to track.

The Life App system includes key features that support organisations not only to measure employee engagement but improve it as well:

  • A dedicated McArthur consultant to lead you through the setup process and maintain your survey platform, providing guidance on areas for improvement.
  • Seven customisable demographic measures to filter the data and track employee engagement scores for different segments of the workforce.
  • Seven core research-based questions developed through Gallup research into employee engagement in Australia.
  • Up to 25 customised questions that can be tailored to the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Additional survey items:
    • Free text box: Allows employees to provide additional comments.
    • Net Promoter Score: A score based on how many respondents would recommend their workplace to others.
    • Local Government core question benchmarking against all Local Government clients.
  • Several survey access options including email invites accessible through any electronic device, SMS invites as text message, manual paper surveys for employees without access to a work email or phone number.

The Life App system provides our clients with a comprehensive dashboard to view and understand the survey data live. Additionally, our consultants offer detailed report add-ons that analyse the data and provide varying levels of analysis based on the organisation’s needs.

McArthur also offer Talent Retention Index (TRI) implementation. TRI is a survey of employees and their intention to stay with the organisation which includes analysis and recommendations based on the data.

  • The TRI is a diagnostic tool that measures the intention of your people to stay with your organisation and identifies the reasons that keep them there.
  • It can be used by a single team, department or the organisation as a whole.
