After a highly successful 35+ years as CEO and Board Director with McArthur, Matthew recently moved into an Executive Director role. His main focus is on the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives including business diversification and growth, M&A, and long-term sustainability and future-proofing.

Matthew also continues to be a vital advisory and support resource to the CEO, State Managing Directors and the broader leadership team.

One of Australia’s most respected Recruitment and Human Resources business leaders, Matt brings over 30 years of exceptional achievement including 16 years directing and guiding all McArthur operations in Victoria.

As CEO, he is responsible for setting and delivering the long-term vision while also driving strategic, operational and performance excellence across all businesses and states within the McArthur group. He also works closely with the Executive Director and Board in identifying and implementing top-line business improvement, innovation and growth strategies.

During her 20+ years at McArthur, Jane has been responsible for the successful management and growth of the businesses’ three largest recruitment divisions – Early Childhood Education, Aged Care and Human Services.

Widely renowned for her exceptional operational and business development skills, Jane is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the M^cArthur business in Victoria and Tasmania with particular emphasis on continuous improvement strategies, ambitious sales growth and team leadership.

Steve has been a highly respected and recognised leader within the Adelaide public and private business communities for over 30 years. Holding senior roles across the Recruitment/HR, Government and Legal sectors, he is currently in his second long-term tenure as Managing Director of the McArthur SA operation.

Responsible for directing and delivering top-line management across all Adelaide-based activities including continued growth across every business division, continuous operational improvement initiatives and inspirational team leadership, Steve is also focused on growing the M^cArthur brand in Western Australia.

With a 33-year track record focused on the Queensland Recruitment and Human Services industry, Harley brings an unparalleled insight and understanding of the state’s public and private sectors. He also has a close appreciation of the unique cultural and business needs of the Northern Territory.

As Managing Director, Harley is responsible for delivering on all operational, strategic and performance benchmarks for the McArthur Queensland business and the continuous growth of the McArthur footprint in the Northern Territory.

During his 7 years at McArthur, Pezh has provided the vision, passion and drive behind our digital transformation and systems improvement strategy and has been the focal point for developing a genuine culture of innovation business-wide. In his dual role as Managing Director of the McArthur NSW business, Pezh blends all his COO skills with exceptional team leadership, commercial smarts and operational understanding.

Pezh is responsible for business-wide continuous improvement initiatives, and the long-term strategic growth and direction of all NSW based activities.

April has worked in HR for over 20 years across many industries and joined McArthur in April 2022. She understands that no matter what our industry, where we come from or what our role, we all have similar needs; we come to work every day with the desire to do a good job, to be treated with respect and fairness, to develop and grow, and to have good relationships with those around us.

She loves HR because she understands the impact a good working life has on our whole lives. She enjoys working with the business to improve the lives of our people, ensuring the team and the business thrives.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Graeme had a highly successful CA and CFO career prior to joining McArthur holding senior finance and accounting roles across Management Consulting (Deloitte), Retail, Recruitment, and even Aquaculture!

As Chief Financial Officer with McArthur, Graeme manages and directs all aspects of our large Corporate Finance and Payroll team’s activities. Working closely with the CEO and Board, he has a focus on long-term strategic planning, financial governance and the effective management of our substantial national weekly temp workforce payroll.

Since joining McArthur in 2021 as the Senior Quality Assurance Advisor and subsequently transitioning into the role of National Compliance, Audit & Risk Manager, Lida has been working closely across all divisions to ensure compliance to our certifications and best practice across all our sectors.

Lida commenced her career in the academic field as a Tutor at Flinders University SA in 1994 whilst completing her PhD in comparative philosophy. Shortly after this, she found her niche in the corporate world in training assessment where she managed large onboarding projects for agencies for over 10 years. She took a large interest in systems, and after securing further qualifications, transitioned to a career as a safety, risk and quality systems specialist. Prior to 2021, she had spent the previous 11 years working FIFO as a Consultant - primarily in Mining Oil and Gas on remote sites across Australia, auditing and creating systems to meet best practice standards.

Donna is National Business Manager – Federal Government and Bid Management, working closely with specialist teams in each state providing a genuine national resource to all Federal departments, agencies and associates.

During her 20 years with McArthur, Donna has been instrumental in the establishment and on-going growth of our business, recruiting and managing a high-performing team and developing exceptional senior stakeholder relationships within both Government and Private sectors.

Colin held senior creative and strategy roles in the advertising sector for 22 years before moving into broader marketing roles in Education and Healthcare. He has extensive experience within the recruitment marketing sector particularly with the development and implementation of major employer branding strategies and EVP communication.

Colin heads up the centralised National Marketing team and is responsible for all aspects of internal and external marcomms including brand, social media, digital & web, conferences and PR across all McArthur businesses.
