• Our approach includes a comparative job value assessment which incorporates established and professionally developed profiles used nationally across your sector.
• Following primary and secondary research exercises and interviews, McArthur collaborates with the key stakeholders to review findings and determine if further research or interviews are necessary.
• We then identify appropriate organisations for benchmarking, inputting data into a matrix for comparative analysis. Further research is then undertaken to establish comparable positions with at least an 85% similarity in terms of key responsibilities.
