It will offer opportunity to discuss successful approaches, share lessons learned along the way, including by other organisations and tiers of government, and to gain perspective on your workforces and communities.
As always, the Local Government Conference is a time to debrief, share, gain support from, and in turn support, colleagues, learn and step back from the day-to-day to consider the strategic whole. In beautiful Caloundra, the 2023 Wellbeing conference is not to be missed.
