Jane has over 20 years recruitment experience and joined McArthur in 2003. Jane is the Manager of the Aged and Disability Division. Her role comprises team development, client liaison together with business development forming a key part of her role.
As Business Manager of the Human Services team, Sean brings over 10 years of invaluable senior strategic and operational leadership within the NFP, Government and Social Services sectors. His career to date has seen a focus on a broad range of community-based touchpoints including indigenous education, unemployed and disadvantaged groups and child protection.
Andrew brings 10 years’ experience in account management and customer relationships to the Human Services team's temporary recruitment activities. Andrew is particularly skilled in business development and process change to maximise efficiency and transparency across recruitment workflows.
Natalie commenced with McArthur in November 2019 as an On Call Consultant assisting with our After Hours Service supporting our clients and our candidates. She have worked across several recruitment sectors for over 15 years
