The highest candidate quality.
As a minimum, ALL McArthur Aged Care candidates must have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support; Disability Cert IV or equivalent
- First aid & CPR Certificates
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Police check
- Working with Children check
- Driver's licence
- Relevant Industry experience working with clients who have a physical disability
