Jane has over 20 years recruitment experience and joined McArthur in 2003. Jane is the Manager of the Aged and Disability Division. Her role comprises team development, client liaison together with business development forming a key part of her role.
Natalie joined McArthur in October 2016. As a Team Leader, Natalie provides Leadership and Support to our valued client’s and workforce. Natalie boasts over 14 years experience in the Community Services Sector

Belinda commenced with McArthur in August 2019 as a Recruitment & Allocations Consultant. She shares a wealth of the knowledge in the sector with over 6 years of Community Care Experience in Not for Profits and Local Government.
Natalie commenced with McArthur in November 2019 as an On Call Consultant assisting with our After Hours Service supporting our clients and our candidates. She have worked across several recruitment sectors for over 15 years
