Claims Administrator

McArthur is currently seeking for Expressions of Interest for various Claims Administrators roles.
The role involves:

• Assist with gathering evidence and other information from stakeholder
• Utilise a variety of computer systems to action work and accurately process tasks and action items in relevant systems
• Provide ad hoc support to the broader team as required.
• Participate in rostered work arrangements for customer service telephony coverage as required.
• Attend to phone and written queries in a timely manner

The skills you will require will be:

• Proven administration experience
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow requirements of continuously changing policy and procedures
• Highly developed organisational skills and an enquiring mind with a demonstrated ability to think analytically
• Experience in meeting and exceeding performance targets and milestones
• Previous experience within the Insurance or Banking & Finance Industry will be highly regarded

Mandatory requirements:

• Australian Citizenship
• Ability to undergo a Security Check
