Administration Officer

Our government client based in Gympie, is looking for an Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. Starting early August, the role will be for an initial period of 3 months with possible extension, working 36.25 hours per week. The hourly rate of pay will be $29.40 plus super.

Supporting a team, the role will involve providing timely and accurate administrative functions to meet business needs. You will also provide frontline customer service assistance, in-person, via email and over the phone.

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Previous experience in Administration

Proficiency in the Microsoft Officer core programs and the ability to pick up new systems easily

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organise workloads to meet deadlines

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

High level customer service skills

Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including an understanding of the role of confidentiality within an administrative environment
