Administration Officer

Our highly regarded client based in Toowoomba's CBD, is currently looking for three Administrators to join the team on a temporary basis. Starting early October, the roles will be running through to early December and paying up to $34.03 per hour plus super.


The key skills and attributes required for success in this position will include:

• previous experience in a administration
• sound keyboarding skills and a typing speed of at least 45 wpm with high accuracy
• a keen eye for detail with high accuracy being essential
• ability to work efficiently and meet set deadlines
• excellent communication skills, both written and oral,
• the ability to adopt a respectful and professional style with dealing with internal stakeholders and clients.
• ability to pick up new systems quickly and adapt to new environments
• a track record of reliability and strong attendance record
• a great work ethic, along with a "team-player" approach to work and a friendly and positive attitude
