Accounts Officer/Administrator

Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer/Administrator with NDIS background to join their team based on the south of Brisbane. You will be joining a busy team that is very supportive and promotes teamwork, in a part time capacity, 20-25 hours per week.

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for:

• Processing of invoices for services provided in a timely manner
• Process payments
• Following up outstanding invoices
• Reconciliation
• Data management using a spreadsheet
• Assist with the phone and email enquiries
• General administration duties

• Working experience within NDIS is mandatory
• Previous experience as an Accounts Clerk
• Working knowledge of MYOB
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to commit to work Monday"s
