This role is with one of Australia's leading security service provider with over 3,000 employees nationwide, providing their clients with industry leading security services with our state-of-the-art technology and highly qualified staff who deliver integrated security solutions including operations technology, aviation, front-line and concierge security services to clients worldwide.

Continued success means the company needs to invest in a new Business Development Manager to join the Business Development and Marketing Team. This is a hit the ground running role whre your enthusiasm, experience and energy will be utilised to their full potential.


  • Increase revenue and margin via high yeild prospects
  • Build referral and lead generation network
  • Identify and devlop new opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new clients
  • Monitoring of business development performance including KPI reporting and tracking business development initiatives

About you

To be successful in this role you will be able to bring,

  • Deonstrated experience in new business sales
  • ABusiness Degree, Security Seller License or Certificate 2 in Security Operations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic client relationships
  • Polished stakeholder managements skills
  • Excellent communicatio and organisational skills
