We are a successful National company with a 50-year history, NDIS registered service provider specialising in the delivery of quality, individualised and flexible supports. In addition to NDIS, we also provide a broad range of services to clients outside of the NDIS.

Our internal team believe in providing the highest level of client-focused support services and know by valuing our Support Workers we can achieve this. The areas of Support we offer clients include: Personal care - showering, transfers, grooming, Skill Development - cooking, shopping & Support Coordination.

We are seeking expressions of interest from passionate and skilled individuals that have an exceptional understanding of disability supports, the sector and the nuances that make working with people exciting, rewarding and offers the challenges that only the strongest team can work through.

As a Specialist Care Coordinator your role will include -

  • Working closely with the Senior Roster Coordinator, Service Coordinators, Support Workers and Clients.
  • You will primarily be responsible for posting job advertisements, phone screening, psychometric testing, scheduling interviews, and booking inductions.
  • Liaising with clients and Service Coordinators to determine what availability, skillset and locations are required for new and existing clients.
  • Onboarding Disability Support Workers and ensuring compliance and quality control checks are complete.
  • Being the first point of call for Support Workers regarding client concerns

Suitable Applicants Must Have -

  • Relevant Industry experience ideally in the provision of services - 1 year minimum
  • Have an exceptional understanding of support services, geographical locations, and essential services.
  • Clear communication and listening skills
  • A person-centred approach to people with disabilities
  • A one team approach with the internal team
  • Computer literate
  • A valid driver's licence
  • WWCC
