Working closely with key stakeholders, you will have management responsibility for all business-wide information and communication technology systems and solutions. Key specifics will include the implementation and monitoring of the overall ICT strategic plan and development of the supporting operational plans, policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring optimum performance of the IS Help Desk and providing insight and advice to senior management for all IS related activities.
A strong background in managing and delivering IS functions within multi-disciplinary environments will have given you a unique blend of both strategic vision and operational practicality. You will have had specific responsibility for the implementation and management of enterprise systems, and Local Government experience would be highly regarded. On a personal level, your confidence and excellent communication skills mean you can lead and inspire your own teams and also build credibility with a broad range of stakeholders.
