This positions primary role is to develop, implement and co-ordinate an engaging, person centred leisure and lifestyle program. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing an interesting a varied calendar that includes and extends client interests, needs and desires. A further purpose is to provide direct supervision and training to the direct support staff regarding client strategies and how to best support clients to do more for themselves. You will also support the transition of new clients and carers into the program.
