The Medstaff Nursing Division of McArthur Management Services provides qualified and experienced nurses. Our nurses can be found in Intensive Care Units, Surgical and Medical wards, Aged Care, Rehabilitation, Local Government and commerce, and in particular the area of Occupational Health. Nursing is a caring profession, and Medstaff's philosophy as employers of nurses is to demonstrate above average care for our nurses.

Our motto is contained in our pledge "Medstaff Cared for Nurses Care MoreŠ." Medstaff broadly claims a number of firsts in the provision of relief nursing staff. Since commencing our Medstaff division in 1972, Medstaff has:

• Provided for workers compensation insurance at no cost to the nurse
• Never charge commissions or registration fees
• Always paid full award salaries
• Paid nurses weekly, prior to invoicing our clients
• Assisted new graduates and nurses who have just completed refresher courses and mentored them back into the workforce
• Specialised in acute nursing and been a prime provider to the Royal Adelaide Hospital, a contract which we have held since 1983
