McArthur Management Services team of Management Consultants focus on working in partnership with our clients to improve their business outcomes. We utilise tailored, innovative human resource management solutions directly related to our client's strategic and operational plans. Performance Management System - Salmac ©
We have developed a proven methodology for assisting you to develop and implement a performance management system that links individual performance to your Strategic Plan. Salmac © has been successfully introduced throughout Australia, for private and public sector clients, at all organisational levels.

Services Provided:

  • Performance Management System that is tailored to the individual needs of your organisation
  • Performance Review Facilitation, including preparation of all documentation before, during and after the review
  • Development of behavioural based Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Development of tailored and individual Position Profiles in consultation with staff
