The District Council of Lower Eyre Peninsula is located on the picturesque Eyre Peninsula of South
Australia. With established sectors in agriculture, fishing and tourism, the Eyre Peninsula offers an ideal

some 4,754 square kilometres with a population of 5014. The major towns include the agricultural town of
Cummins, and the picture perfect seaside town of Coffin Bay. Port Lincoln also has the largest regional
airport in South Australia.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director Works & Infrastructure to join this progressive Council.
The role will be located in the Cummins office, report directly to the CEO, and oversee Airports, Roads
and Coastlines, giving this role great diversity.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
A background in management and experience in the operation of regional airports is preferred (not essential),
as is a qualification in Technical and Engineering studies.
