As Chief Executive Officer, you will responsible for providing whole-of-business leadership and strategic direction with the emphasis on service delivery excellence, seamless change management, maximising operational efficiencies, stakeholder engagement and informed internal/external communications.
Tertiary qualified in Public Sector/ Government/Finance or a relevant discipline, you will already have an impressive track record of delivering broad ranging organisational development initiatives over your career.
Ideally you will bring experience within an NFP or health and welfare environment, however your demonstrated leadership skills within a high performing organisation are more important.
Astute financial management skills are essential and an understanding of government funding processes and associated legislation will be highly regarded.
On a personal level, you will have the credibility to quickly build confidence at all levels and the ‘can-do’ and positive approach that make you a natural and inspirational leader.
