to be part of this journey.

Our client is looking for an experienced and inquisitive Sales Associate to join the businesses contact centre in order to identify and target potential sales professionals to join the business.

Some of the key responsibilities will include;

  • Build trusted relationships with sales professionals that may be looking, understand their needs and help deliver sourcing strategies that meet the hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to internet searches, job boards, employee referrals, cold calling, social media channels and other internal databases.
  • Communicate the businesses brand's value proposition to candidates, and help them understand how the organization can assist them to develop as sales professionals.
  • May provide first level screening and qualify suitable candidates.
  • Map talent in a competitive and lateral industry landscape.
  • Provide external marketplace intelligence feedback to the recruitment team and business stakeholders.
  • Develop reports and regularly provide progress updates and reports.
  • Undertake appropriate coaching and developing programs, and present "sourcing tips/successes" in team meetings to contact centre staff.

This is a challenging and fast-paced management position that would suit an experienced, strategic and driven sales professional with a sound understanding of targeted cold & sales calls. The role will be critical to the business and have a National focus. The opportunity will be focused on supporting the greater recruitment team with driving the number of sales professional that join the business.
