Reporting directly to the newly created role of Executive Director, you will be a key member of a strategic team responsible for a broad range of economic development projects including planning, urban/landscape design, architecture and social and cultural development. Project scoping, budget setting and monitoring, workflow and resource management and risk evaluation will all be areas of focus, likewise project team management and direction.
Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have an extensive background in multi-faceted project management which will include hands-on involvement at all key touchpoints - from research, evaluation and design to development, implementation and measurement. Qualifications in Prince2, PMBOK or PMP while not essential would be highly regarded. A true strategic focus will be required so you must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly engage and influence across a broad range of stakeholders.
Ideally your experience will be a combination of public and private sector large project delivery, with Local Government experience desired, but not essential.
