As the fastest growing Local Government Area in Australia, Camden is currently home to approximately 90,000 residents, with the population projected to increase rapidly over the next 20 years.

To help ensure Camden Council continue delivering high quality services to their community, it is currently looking for a senior manager with the drive, vision and leadership to join the team to meet the needs of the area in a period of exponential growth and change.

This integral senior management role is responsible for overseeing and providing leadership across key areas including Strategy development and implementation, Integrated Planning and Reporting, Economic Development, Strategic Advocacy, Strategic Infrastructure Planning, Development Contributions (Section 94) Framework management.

This role calls for individuals with proven managerial track records within work environments that have seen you plan and deliver major growth programs and successfully manage complex change agendas. A long-term strategic thinker who leads and inspires by example, you can quickly build confidence with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders.
